Training Needs Assessment
A Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is a systematic process used by organizations to identify the skills, knowledge and competencies that employees need to perform their jobs effectively. The main purpose of conducting a TNA is to determine the gap between the current performance of employees and the desired performance levels, and then develop training programs or interventions to bridge that gap.
